Felco Solutions uses Fresh Desk ticketing system to track customer requests.  Customers can view their tickets through the Fresh Desk site.  This service is free to customers but they need to establish a login to the ticketing system.  Feel free to bookmark this link for future reference.

Alternatively, you may have received an email to track a ticket created on your behalf.  Our staff regularly creates tickets on behalf of our customers.  Select the URL in the email to be brought to this page.


Either select "Sign Up" in the upper right corner or select the "Sign up with us" button in the page.  The sign up page will appear.



Fill in the Full Name and Email fields.  You must supply a valid email address.  This email address will be used as your login ID going forward.

Enter the text shown in the Captcha to confirm you are not a robot.  In this example it is two words.  Enter both of them with a space between ("Ramiro SERDAN").

Select Register to create your account.  Fresh Desk will immediately send an activation email to your email address.



Follow the link to confirm your email address and activate your account.



In the browser window, set your password and log in.  Passwords must be at least 8 characters and cannot contain the username.



Now you can review the knowledge base "Solutions",  participate in community "Forums" and track "Tickets".
